this is a composition from the final class of the semester.  im pretty happy with what i did here.  i though about leaving things out as much as leaving them im (such as detail on the remote) and focused on values and the interesting way the toilet paper wrapped around.

these are from the museum drawing class.  or the architecture one.  Not my forte - I enjoy looking at architecture but I've always been more inclined to drawing people.  Kind of a fun experiment though.

these are from the portraiture class.  Its something I'm interested and struggle with, so I'm pretty proud of these!  I think drawing from the side was probably easier than from the front.

these are from our figure drawing classes with clothing.  I think the last picture is one of my best gesture drawings.  I used variations in line, as well as choosing what to include and what to exclude.  the top picture was fun to draw, and he had great shoes!
this is from another figure drawing class.  The one on the upper left is probably one of my better gesture drawings.  I have to really learn to use line creatively!

these are figures from our... figure drawing class.  it took me a while to get used to the idea of contours and their importance, but i think it was an important lesson that's helped my drawing a lot.  I also always want to cut off the bottom part and have difficulty with proportions but I think I did an ok job here.  I like comic books so I always want to draw massive heads.

these are pictures from my shoe composition.  I think i did a good job with values, but the overall composition was actually pretty difficult to make interesting.
this is from the drawing with illusion/without line.  I found this one fairly difficult, as the cassette was from difficult angles.  i think the composition is kind of interesting though.
